Araminta is a Baltimore nonprofit working to reduce the threat and trauma of child sex trafficking through prevention, education, and restorative services for survivors. Named after Harriet Tubman, born Araminta Ross in Maryland, the organization draws its mission from her legacy of guiding people toward freedom, safety, and new beginnings.
