The research home behind MentorPRO.
Founded at the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2012 and directed by co-founder Jean Rhodes, the Center produces the science. MentorPRO puts it to work.
Support from the people who study mentoring.
Every license includes consultation from the Center to keep your program on track.

Through partnerships with programs and universities, we have helped raise more than three million dollars in grants to build, deliver, and evaluate technology-enabled mentoring.

Ask the right questions, inside MentorPRO.
The Center keeps a bank of validated survey items on belonging, self-efficacy, well-being, and more. We help you choose the measures that fit your goals, load them into MentorPRO as pre and post surveys or brief check-ins, and schedule them so participants answer in the app they already use.
Responses flow straight into your dashboards and reports, so the same data that guides your staff each week also answers your funders at the end of the year.
Measure what your program changes.
We agree on the questions and measures with you, join platform data to the outcomes your funders care about, and deliver a report you can stand behind. When findings are strong enough, we help you publish them.
