MentorPRO's first international partner brings evidence-based youth mentoring to Ireland.

From a single pilot to 21 academies in under two years.

ChalleNGe academies use MentorPRO to keep cadets connected to their mentors through the post-residential year, when contact usually fades. The program scaled from a small pilot to 21 academies in under two years, and sustained contact between mentors and cadets nearly doubled.

MentorPRO is like a box that we've all been wanting to see into. Now we can see how genuine relationships are built and maintained in real time.
