MentorPRO Renews its Partnership with Xavier University
MentorPRO today announced the renewal of its partnership with Xavier University for a second year, continuing to power career mentoring programs run by the university’s Career Development Office, including one-on-one professional mentoring and flash mentoring that connects students with working professionals.
“Alyson McAdams and the Xavier Career Development team have shown how mentoring can bridge the gap between the classroom and a career, and their programs have come a long way in a short time. We are excited about what they have in store for the year ahead,” said Jean Rhodes, PhD, Co-founder of MentorPRO.
Year Two builds on a strong first year that included a successful platform-supported mentee orientation in fall 2025. Xavier staff continue to use MentorPRO to manage matches, track engagement, and keep students connected with the professionals who can open doors, while exploring new platform capabilities for the year ahead.
The renewal continues to be grounded in peer-reviewed research linking structured career mentoring with stronger professional networks, sense of belonging, and post-graduation outcomes.
