MentorPRO Renews its Partnership with the Efrosini Demoulas Scholarship Foundation (Edscholars)

MentorPRO today announced the renewal of its partnership with the Efrosini Demoulas Scholarship Foundation (Edscholars) for a second year, continuing to support mentoring for the foundation’s scholars, high-achieving students from Massachusetts pursuing four-year degrees with scholarship and mentorship support.

“Pairing scholarship dollars with a real mentor is what separates a check from a commitment, and the Edscholars team understands that deeply. We are glad to keep supporting their scholars as the program grows,” said Jean Rhodes, PhD, Co-founder of MentorPRO.

Year Two arrives with an expanding program team and a growing community of more than 70 active mentors and mentees exchanging hundreds of messages each term. Scholars and mentors also use MentorPRO Academy content, including the Connected Futures flash course on building social capital.

The renewal remains grounded in peer-reviewed research linking structured mentoring to stronger college persistence, belonging, and career outcomes for scholarship students.
