Strickland Women’s L.I.F.T. Fellowship at High Point University partners with MentorPRO
High Point, NC — MentorPRO today announced a partnership with the Strickland Women’s L.I.F.T. Fellowship at High Point University, a leadership development program that prepares undergraduate women through formal mentoring, leadership coursework, and professional development experiences. Through this partnership, the Fellowship will use MentorPRO and MatchPRO to bring structured matching, engagement tracking, and evidence-based mentor support to its growing community of Fellows.
“The L.I.F.T. Fellowship is designed to surround women leaders with the kind of intentional mentoring that changes trajectories, and we are honored to support that work. Kismet Loftin-Bell and the High Point University team have already done remarkable work designing the program. MentorPRO simply makes it easier to scale that quality, match thoughtfully, and stay close to every Fellow,” said Ania Sanchez, COO of MentorPRO.
Through MatchPRO, the Fellowship is translating its current intake process into a structured matching workflow that surfaces strong Fellow and mentor pairings. MentorPRO then supports the relationship over time with goal tracking, automated check-ins, and real-time visibility for program staff. The result is more consistent engagement for Fellows, clearer signal for mentors, and richer outcome data for the program. This data infrastructure positions the Fellowship to answer strategic questions about leadership development, alumni engagement, and equity in access to mentoring.
The collaboration builds on peer-reviewed research linking structured mentoring with stronger sense of belonging, leadership identity, and academic and career outcomes for college women. The Fellowship will also help inform how MentorPRO and MatchPRO can best support women’s leadership programs on other campuses.
