Designed for college juniors and seniors preparing to transition from academics into the professional world, the initiative reflects both organizations’ commitment to equipping young people with the skills, connections, and guidance needed to thrive.
The program begins intentionally small, with a long-term strategy for careful, thoughtful scaling. Its structure emphasizes meaningful mentor-mentee relationships through monthly virtual and in-person interactions.
