MentorPRO Partners with Foróige

MentorPRO today announced its first partnership in Ireland with Foróige, the country’s leading youth organization, which reaches more than 50,000 young people each year with the support of over 5,500 volunteers. Foróige’s mentoring team is piloting MentorPRO across its youth mentoring programs, with a path toward a full national rollout.

“Foróige has spent decades building one of the most respected youth work organizations in Europe, and their mentoring team brings a level of intentionality that made this partnership feel natural from the first conversation. We are thrilled to support Mary Lynch and her team as our first Irish partner,” said Jean Rhodes, PhD, Co-founder of MentorPRO and Director of the Center for Evidence-Based Mentoring at UMass Boston.

The pilot brings structured engagement tracking, goal progression, and real-time match visibility to Foróige’s mentoring staff, while mentors and young people connect through a mobile-first experience. Early testing through spring 2026 has gone well, with the team building toward a full launch.

The collaboration extends MentorPRO’s international reach alongside its work in Canada and reflects a shared commitment to evidence-based youth mentoring practice.
