MentorPRO Joins Northeastern University’s Cooperative Education Network
MentorPRO, the only evidence-based mentoring platform built on more than 30 years of peer-reviewed research, is proud to announce its designation as an approved co-op site through Northeastern University’s nationally recognized cooperative education program. MentorPRO is now actively recruiting exceptional Northeastern students to join its team for an upcoming co-op placement.
Co-founded by Professor Jean Rhodes, Frank L. Boyden Professor of Psychology and Director of the Center for Evidence-Based Mentoring at the University of Massachusetts Boston, MentorPRO translates decades of mentoring science into a technology-forward platform that improves programs, relationships, and outcomes across higher education, workforce development, and nonprofit sectors. The platform integrates AI-assisted tools, evidence-based training, and data analytics to help program managers, mentors, and mentees achieve meaningful, measurable results.
Northeastern’s cooperative education program is among the largest and most respected in the world, placing students in full-time, compensated professional roles that bridge academic learning with real-world practice. Co-op students at MentorPRO will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the development and dissemination of a platform that is transforming how mentoring programs operate at scale.
“We are genuinely excited to welcome Northeastern co-op students into our work,” said Professor Rhodes. “MentorPRO sits at the intersection of rigorous research and practical technology, and we are looking for students who are curious, driven, and committed to making a difference in the lives of young people.”
