MentorPRO Announces the Renewal of its Partnership with LEAP for Education

MentorPRO today announced the renewal of its partnership with LEAP for Education for a second year, continuing a collaboration that helps the North Shore organization deliver structured mentoring to underserved students pursuing college, career, and economic mobility.

Year Two arrives as LEAP transitions into a new cohort, with MentorPRO ready to support mentors and mentees as relationships ramp up over the coming weeks. The platform supports LEAP staff with structured engagement tracking, goal progression, and real-time visibility into match health across the cohort. This year, LEAP will also use MentorPRO data to inform family outreach, college advising, and connections to local employers.

The renewal continues to be grounded in peer-reviewed research linking structured mentoring with stronger educational and career outcomes, sense of belonging, and well-being for first-generation and underserved students. The partnership positions LEAP as a regional learning hub for evidence-informed mentoring for economic mobility.
