MentorPRO Announces the Renewal of its Partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee

MentorPRO today announced the renewal of its partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee for a second year, continuing to support the agency’s one-to-one and e-mentoring programs across the Nashville region.

“Middle Tennessee has been especially thoughtful about e-mentoring, a model that demands exactly the kind of structure and visibility MentorPRO was built to provide. Watching their engagement climb through the school year has been a pleasure,” said Jean Rhodes, PhD, Co-founder of MentorPRO.

Year Two builds on a year of growing staff adoption and what the team described as strong positive engagement through the academic year. Mentees complete MentorPRO Academy courses including Building a Strong Relationship with Your Mentor and the Connected Futures flash course, while mentors prepare with research-backed training of their own.

The renewal continues to be grounded in peer-reviewed research linking structured youth mentoring, including technology-mediated models, with stronger academic and social-emotional outcomes.
