MentorPRO Announced the Renewal of its Partnership with the University of Chicago Booth School of Business for a third year
MentorPRO today announced the renewal of its partnership with the University of Chicago Booth School of Business for a third year, supporting the EDE Mentorship Program managed by Booth’s Research Support team.
“Three years in, the Booth team keeps sharpening this program, asking hard questions about what actually works and keeping what the evidence supports. That is exactly the kind of partner we hoped to find in a place like Chicago Booth,” said Jean Rhodes, PhD, Co-founder of MentorPRO and Director of the Center for Evidence-Based Mentoring at UMass Boston.
Year Three brings new program leadership and a refined focus: the program retained the Connected Futures social-capital curriculum after evaluation data showed that even a single 20-minute session drove concrete student actions, from reaching out to professors to building professional networks. MentorPRO continues to support the program with structured engagement and curriculum delivery.
The renewal remains grounded in peer-reviewed research on social capital and structured mentoring in graduate and pre-doctoral pathways.
