MentorPRO Announced the Renewal of its Partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee

MentorPRO today announced the renewal of its partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee for a second year, continuing to support the agency’s one-to-one youth mentoring relationships across the Milwaukee area.

“The Milwaukee team’s first year tells the story by itself: every mentee actively engaged, hundreds of goals set and achieved, thousands of messages between Bigs and Littles. This is what it looks like when a great agency puts the right tools in the hands of great mentors,” said Jean Rhodes, PhD, Co-founder of MentorPRO.

Year One produced more than 2,000 unique mentor-mentee messages, over 270 goals set, tracked, and achieved, and 100 percent of mentees actively engaged on the platform. Year Two builds on those results, with MentorPRO continuing to support match coordinators with goal tracking, check-ins, and real-time visibility into match health.

The renewal continues to be grounded in peer-reviewed research linking structured one-to-one youth mentoring with stronger academic, social-emotional, and well-being outcomes.
