National Guard Youth ChalleNGe

Integrated MentorPRO into the National Guard ChalleNGe post-residential programming, aiming to provide structured support and mentor access to cadets who graduated the program and are transitioning back into the community.
Enables cadets to access the support they need to work towards their post-residential goals, such as achieving their GEDs, pursuing further education, applying for jobs, or entering the military.
23,000+ messages have been exchanged between cadets and their mentors, allowing cadets to receive targeted support.
1,400+ Check-Ins have been completed, allowing cadets to track their challenges and inform their mentors on how they are doing across life domains
