Functionalities in MentorPRO:

As a PM, some of your responsibilities are:

  • Familiarize yourself with MentorPRO, set up your profile and availability, and enable notifications.
  • Set mentor and mentee matches and introduce the pairs.
  • Send regular reminders to those who have not yet logged into MentorPRO and provide assistance as needed.
  • Respond to all messages within 24 hours during the work week.
  • Monitor dashboards and export data to track user engagement
  • Keep mentors and mentees engaged by adding a new announcement and/or event.
  • Support, guide, motivate, and be a resource for your mentors and mentees alike.

Remember, this relationship can be just as beneficial to you as it is to your mentees!
