This portal is designed to make screening fast and fair. MentorPRO has a strong preference for students who have already completed one relevant co-op in marketing, design, EdTech, higher education, or a related mission-driven setting, but strong candidates from other backgrounds are absolutely encouraged to apply.

The strongest applications combine evidence of design skill, strong writing, comfort with Canva and AI tools, and the ability to explain how prior experience would translate into immediate contribution on a small, fast-moving team.
