MentorPRO renews its partnership with Drew University

MentorPRO today announced the renewal of its partnership with Drew University for a second year, continuing a collaboration led by the university’s Advancement team and expanding the mentoring program more fully across campus in the year ahead.

“Drew has approached this work with curiosity and care from day one, and the feeling is mutual: their team has told us they have been enriched by the collaboration, and we could say exactly the same. Year Two is about taking what we built together and rolling it out more fully,” said Jean Rhodes, PhD, Co-founder of MentorPRO.

Year Two runs through Drew’s 2026-2027 fiscal year and builds on the foundation laid since the partnership began in early 2025. MentorPRO continues to support Drew with structured matching, engagement tracking, and real-time program visibility as the university scales mentoring to a broader population of students.

The renewal continues to be grounded in peer-reviewed research linking structured mentoring with stronger student belonging, persistence, and career outcomes.
