What are Badges and Points?
Badges and points are great tools for encouraging Mentee engagement on MentorPRO. Every time a Mentee performs a Check In, they are awarded 1 point. After enough points, Mentees are awarded a badge. The more points they earn, the better the badge. PMs can see how many points a Mentee has on their MentorPRO profile or by performing a Mentee data export, while Mentors see both points and badges directly on their Mentee’s profile. Mentees can see their earned badges under My Badges, accessed from their profile on the app, or from the MentorPRO homepage on a web browser.
