I can’t see or hear anything during a meeting. What do I do?
Google Chrome
- Open the site you want to allow access to.
- Click the settings icon to the left of the URL in the address bar.
- In the dropdown, select Site settings.
- Find Camera and Microphone settings, and change them to Allow.
- You may need to refresh the page for the changes to take effect.
Microsoft Edge
- Go to the website you want to allow camera/microphone access.
- Click the lock icon next to the website URL.
- Select Permissions for this site.
- Under Camera and Microphone, set them to Allow.
- Refresh the page to apply the changes.
Safari (macOS)
- Open the website.
- Click Safari in the top menu and select Settings for This Website.
- In the dropdown next to Camera and Microphone, choose Allow.
- Refresh the page if necessary.
On iPhone (iOS)
- Open the Settings App on your iPhone.
- Search or scroll down to find the app you want to adjust (MentorPRO).
- Tap on the app.
- You will see options like Camera and Microphone.
- Toggle the switches next to Camera and Microphone to green (enabled).
Alternatively, you can manage permissions more generally:
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Select Camera or Microphone.
- Find the app and toggle the access on or off.
On Android
- Open the Settings App on your Android device.
- Scroll down and tap on Apps or App Management.
- Find and tap on the app you want to adjust.
- Tap Permissions.
- Look for Camera and Microphone.
- Set them to Allow or Ask every time, depending on your preference.
Alternatively, for a more general approach:
- Go to Settings > Privacy > Permission Manager (or Settings > Apps & notifications > App Permissions on some versions).
- Tap Camera or Microphone.
- Select the app and allow access.
