How to filter users by Identifiers?

As a Program Manager you have the ability to filter users by their identifiers. To do this:

1. Log in to your MentorPRO account and navigate to the “Mentor” or “Mentee” tabs.
2. On the right side of the screen, click on the filter button. Here, you can filter users based on their assigned identifiers. You can also sort the list by First Name, Last Name, or Last Activity Date.
