Can I move mentees from one program to another?

For Flash Mentoring:

Email us your request at support@mentorpro.com.

For other types of mentoring:

Follow these steps:

1. 1. Go to the Mentee tab and search for the mentee’s name.
   2. On the Summary page, scroll down to “Assigned Programs”.
   3. To remove a program:
      • Find the X in the Action column and click it.
      • A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click YES.
   4. If the mentee has multiple mentors, repeat Step 3 for each one.
   5. To assign a new program:
      • Click ASSIGN, fill in the required details, and then click ADD.

Note: All past conversations, check-ins, meetings, and goals will remain unchanged.
