Supportive Accountability

Supportive Accountability
Results are stronger when mentors provide supportive accountability (e.g., regular check-ins, monitoring, encouraging, nudging, practicing troubleshooting) to their mentees. Supportive accountability is particularly effective in helping mentees remain engaged in mental health apps and other interventions. Our team of clinical psychologists have curated the most effective trainings and wellness apps and can train your mentors in supportive accountability to ensure mentees’ engagement and success.
