What sets us apart is the scientifically-rigorous approach that we took in developing our matching algorithm. In collaboration with our education partners, we took the unprecedented and bold step of randomly assigning thousands of students to mentors so that we could then identify the individual and match factors that lead to successful matches and better outcomes (Rhodes et al., in preparation). Our best-in-class matching tool will guide you in making research-informed mentor-mentee matches the more enduring and successful than any of our competitors.
