Check-In

Check-In
Through this interactive features mentees can rate their challenges (which programs can customize) across seven important domains: academic habits, academic planning, connections, finances, physical health, wellbeing, and career. These ratings are conveyed to mentors and programs, enabling proactive support. We have found positive associations between number of Check-Ins and mentees’ GPA (Werntz et al., 2023).
