As a mentor, some of your responsibilities are to:
- Download and familiarize yourself with MentorPRO, set up your profile and availability, and enable notifications.
- Access MentorPRO Academy through the app and complete all program-required trainings.
- Review your mentees’ background, challenges, goals, etc. in their profile.
- Respond to all mentee messages within 24 hours during the work week.
- Support, guide, motivate, and be a resource for your mentees.
